I honestly do not know how we managed without Millin, especially with the transition of HCS billing from CARE to TMHP. We went from 4 separate billers billing in TMHP, for a caseload of over 500, to 2 billers for the same caseload. Being able to enter billing in real time, regardless of whether or not it is billable, is such a game changer.
The amount of time saved by implementing the Millin system has allowed us to focus on the quality of the logs as well as increased caseloads. The unseen benefits are also greatly appreciated as we are no longer burdened with the issues that TMHP has with batch billing across dates with LON changes or IPC date crossovers. Because Millin bills daily, these issues do not exist with Millin and are no longer a concern when billing.

We started our transition to Millin in 2017. The conversion process itself was smooth and we were able to shut down our legacy system and “go live” with Millin the next day. We run a very large system with billing in excess of $160 million. The transition process was extremely important to us.
