This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect via the Site and how we use it. By accessing the Site on any device, making a purchase from Millin, or otherwise interacting with Millin, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use the Site. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the information that we collect through the Site. This Privacy Policy does not address personal information that you provide to us in other contexts (e.g., through a business relationship not handled through the Site).
Your access to, and use of, the Site is subject to this Privacy Policy and all applicable laws and regulations. By accessing and using the Site you acknowledge and consent to collection of information identified below, and you consent to the use of such information. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will mean that you accept those changes.
Please note that the Site is intended solely for our business customers. To the extent that personally identifying information (“personal information”) is collected through the Site, it is collected from individuals acting in the capacity of employees, officers or representatives of Millin’s business customers, and not acting in an individual capacity.
Information You Provide
We collect personal information from you when you enter the Site, or when you are providing it to us in any way, including but not limited to subscribing or placing an order; signing up for communications; or contacting us. This information may include but is not limited to, for example, your first and last name, email address, home or other physical address, mailing address, billing address, telephone number, date of birth, payment method and payment related information, and any other identifier that permits physical or online contacting of specific individual or company or entity. We may combine the information we collect from you with information we receive about you from other sources, such as through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program.
We use a third-party card processor for all credit card transactions, and we do not store any credit card information on our Site.

When you visit the Site, in addition to the information mentioned above, we may collect certain information from you, including, for example, your IP address, operating system, device-identifying information, the specific web pages visited during your connection, and the domain name from which you accessed the Site. If you do not wish to receive communications from us about special offers and promotions, you can opt-out of receiving these communications by following the instructions contained in the messages you receive or by sending us an e-mail requesting that you do not wish to receive in the future any communications. Even if you opt-out of receiving these messages, we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the service, and we may send you service announcements and administrative messages. Disclosure of Information
Unless you expressly give us permission in writing to do so, Millin will not sell, rent, license, or trade your personal information other than as specified in this Privacy Policy.
Disclosures to Third Parties Assisting In Our Operations. Millin may share your personal information under confidentiality agreements with other companies that work with, or on behalf of, Millin to provide products and services. These companies may use your personal information to assist Millin in its operations. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
Disclosures Under Special Circumstances. We may provide information about you to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process or governmental regulations, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We have taken certain physical, electronic, and administrative steps designed to safeguard and secure the information we collect from users. Even though we follow procedures designed to protect the information in our possession, we do not warrant that your information will be secure in all circumstances.

You understand and agree that it is your sole responsibility to ensure protection of your password and other sign-in information.
Children
This Site is intended for adults only. The Site is not directed to children, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen.
Third Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, such as social media sites, which may have privacy policies that differ from our own. We are not responsible for those sites. Accordingly, we recommend that you review the privacy policy posted on any external site before disclosing any personal information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may change this privacy policy from time to time, including as required to keep current with rules and regulations, new technologies and security standards. Response to “Do Not Track” Signals
Some Internet browsers include the ability to transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Since uniform standards for “Do Not Track” signals have not yet been adopted, Millin does not process or respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
Right to Removal of Posted Information—California Minors
If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with us, you have the right to request removal of unwanted information that you publicly post on the Site. To request removal of such information, you can contact us as provided below.
Users from Outside the United States
The Site is hosted in the United States.
