Jim has been with Millin Associates since 2013.  He has over 30 years experience in the areas of Health Care Technology and Revenue Cycle Management.  Jim is in charge of highly complex projects on behalf of Millin’s clients that requires his expertise and management skills. He is a frequent presenter at health and human service related conferences and associations discussing a range of topics as it relates to the revenue cycle management intricacies and latest industry development.  Jim also conducts frequent webinars, trainings and performs agency specific onsite consulting engagements on workflow processes and best practice solutions.

Jim was born in Chicago, and now lives in Brooklyn where he is raising his 12 year old son. Jim and his son enjoy biking, golfing, and experiencing all that New York City has to offer.
