Joseph joined Millin Associates in 2014. As the Sr. Business & Regulatory Analyst he is passionate about his role in understanding and communicating regulatory requirements and the 5010 technical transaction sets which effect the billing process. His prior experience includes working with school administrators to improve behavioral health outcomes as well as assist chronically ill patients choose quality care.

He holds a Master’s degree in psychology and certifications in coding and compliance.  He lives in Queens with his wife and 3 children. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and sports.
